'You're the Chef' to Be Focus of Thursday's 'State of Pennsylvania' Program

    'State of Pennsylvania' to feature 'You're the Chef'Penn College's award-winning, national public television series "You're the Chef" will be the focus of WVIA-TV's " State of Pennsylvania " program from 7-8 p.m. Thursday. "You're the Chef" hosts Chef Paul Mach and Tom Speicher, along with School of Hospitality students Rachel Hall and Christine Faherty, will be on hand to discuss the series' seventh season, which premieres at 12:30 p.m. Saturday on WVIA. Throughout the live hour, the "You're the Chef" crew will make Sauteed Breast of Turkey with Tomato-Sausage Rice and answer viewer phone calls.
