An impromptu dance party rocked the Academic Center Auditorium on Thursday morning as Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week participants were treated to music while scheduled speaker, artist Robb Armstrong, the creator of the “Jump Start” comic strip, was unexpectedly delayed. When he arrived, he provided a dynamic talk about success. “Not just business success,” he said. “But success.”
