Winter 2010 Commencement


Pennsylvania College of Technology held a commencement ceremony at the Community Arts Center on Saturday, Dec. 18, for the 380 students who petitioned to graduate following the Fall 2010 semester. The student speaker was Eric D. Felker, of Littlestown, who received a bachelor’s degree in information technology: web and applications development concentration. Also speaking was Dennis F. Ringling, professor of forestry in the School of Natural Resources Management, who was honored with the Veronica M. Muzic Master Teacher Award in May. College President Davie Jane Gilmour presented a Distinguished Alumni Award to Dr. Angela S. Lutz, who practices dentistry at the Children’s Dental Centre of York and who earned a degree in dental hygiene from Penn College in 1993.
