Winners in Card-Decorating Contest Announced at Lighting Ceremony


Holiday music fills the air outside the ATHS, thanks to students Amber L. Geckle, left, and Julie Ann Schweitzer Passersby view lighted holiday cards along the ATHS lawn The creative forces behind the top holiday cards designed by student organizations and campus offices/departments were honored during Wednesday’s traditional lighting ceremony outside the ATHS. The Penn College Motorsports Association captured the top student prize, followed by Gamma Epsilon Tau in second and the Penn College Construction Association, third. In the employee category, the blue ribbon went to the Purchasing Office. The College Store was second, the Madigan Library placed third and an “Honorable Mention” was accorded the Executive Row offices.Take alook at all 43 of this year’s entries. ( Photos by Phillip C.
