Healthy Weight Week will be observed from Jan. 16-20, offering a series of activities sponsored by Student Health Services, the Fitness Center, Dining Services, the Healthy Weight Week Committee and Healthy Wildcats about achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. Try Zumba and yoga (for free!), sample delicious food from around the world, talk with campus professionals about wellness, and relive alumnus Brian Newcomer’s inspiring break from his sedentary past.
