Webcast to Explore Integration of Instruction With Technology

    Two presenters from Pennsylvania College of Technology will explore "The Role of Faculty Development Centers in Integrating Instruction with Technology" in a webcast to be conducted Jan. 31 on the HorizonLive Web site.

    Dr. Henryk R. Marcinkiewicz, associate vice president for academic affairs, and Jennifer McLean, director of instructional technology and distance learning at Penn College, will conduct the live, online presentation from 4 to 5 p.m.

    Participants will be offered suggestions for the successful integration of computer technology into the classroom. The presenters' voices will be heard, and PowerPoint slides will accompany them. Questions will be answered via telephone and with text on the computer screen.

    Participation in the HorizonLive Desktop Lecture Series event is free but limited to 200.
