    The Roger and Peggy Madigan Library, which will be constructed soon at Penn College's main entrance, is the subject of a Web site launched this week. The siteincludes the vision for the facility, its main features, a photo gallery, a letter from College President Dr. Davie Jane Gilmour and opportunities to contribute to the fund-raising campaign.
