“Winter in New York” was the theme for Snowball, the Wildcat Events Board’s annual semiformal dance. Held Friday night in the Capitol Lounge of the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport, the event featured a DJ and a menu catered by Le Jeune Chef Restaurant.
