Prior to coming to Penn College, Ray was a director in the marketing department at Susquehanna Health (now UPMC Susquehanna). He has considerable experience in business development, sales and management.

During his tenure at the college, Ray has overseen the restructuring of the consultant team within WDCE, revamped the marketing strategy for training and built several new offerings including a Pennsylvania state-approved apprenticeship-training program.

“Chris has been a key part of our success over the last several years, and I’m confident he will continue to make positive impacts in his new role as executive director,” Munro said.
