WDCE Aims to Sharpen Mid-Level Manager’s Leadership Skills

A leadership program offered this fall by Workforce Development & Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology focuses on mid-level managers and those aspiring to move into those positions.

Classes for the Mid-Level Manager Program will be held in the Klump Academic Center on Penn College’s main campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays (Oct. 18; Nov. 1, 15 and 29; and Dec. 13).



Through a series of 10 modules covered in those five days, participants will explore and practice key areas of management focusing on skills required to perform successfully with people, management and processes.

Topics include organizational change, enhanced communication, conflict resolution, coaching for exemplary performance, developing global business acumen, problem-solving, financial knowledge essentials, project budgeting and leading complex projects.
