    Eyewitness News on campusWBRE, the local NBC affiliate, visited Le Jeune Chef Restaurant and the School of Hospitality kitchens Tuesday. Reporter Stef Davis talked with students and staff about the restaurant's focus on organic and locally produced ingredients and how that focus influenced the restaurant's redecoration.
