WBRE Airs News Segment on Students’ Fair-Trade Sale


WBREStef Davis, WBRE’s Williamsport bureau chief, was on Penn College’s main campus Wednesday afternoon to visit the Ten Thousand Villages fair-trade sale under way through Friday in the Bush Campus Center lobby. The sale, annually organized by students pursuing their bachelor’s degrees in applied human services, benefits the working poor in other nations. Davis’s report was broadcast Wednesday evening. The sale continues until 6 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday.
