'Tunnel of Oppression' Coming to Penn College on Oct. 28

    'The Tunnel of Oppression'An interactive event designed to introduce participants to the concepts of oppression, privilege and power will be held from 8-10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in the lobby of the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center. Participants will be guided through The Tunnel of Oppression, a series of scenes that aim to educate and challenge them to think more deeply about such issues. At the end of the tour, participants are provided with the opportunity to discuss their experiences with one another. Facilitators will help them reflect and put their newfound knowledge to use in their everyday lives. The visit is co-sponsored by Student Activities and Residence Life.
