Members of the Penn College Dance Team, along with guest students from coach Milissa Augustine’s downtown dance academy, took the stage of the Klump Academic Center Auditorium for a fundraiser Sunday afternoon. The two-hour production offered 26 performances – from jazz, tap, lyrical and hip hop to Irish clogging, musical theater and African rhythms. The musical selections that accompanied the choreography were a variety of contemporary, traditional and urban, with a touch of Disney and Broadway. All proceeds benefit the team’s fundraising goals for the 2012-13 season.
