Summer PLUS Students Lend Hand at Sycamore Manor

Summer PLUS students prepare for outdoor chores Sycamore Manor vehicles get a thorough scrubbing Indoor cleanup part of community serviceForty-eight students are taking part in the Summer PLUS 2006 program offered by Academic Support Services through July 21. In addition to the academic component of the program, the students are involved in college-preparation activities such as Project Success and Learning Communities. On Friday, they performed community service at Sycamore Manor, where they helped with a multitude of chores. The program will conclude with a trip to The Pennsylvania State University.
