Hashim Abbas Alfulful, of Saudi Arabia, who received a Bachelor of Science degree in plastics and polymer engineering technology, was the student speaker for the 11 a.m. ceremony. More than 200 degrees were conferred by college President Davie Jane Gilmour and Steven P. Johnson, a member of the Penn College Board of Directors.
