    In support of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the celebration of its 40th anniversary since its founding in December 1970, the Penn College Energy Conservation Subcommittee invites you to visit the agency's website. America has made great strides in reducing pollution that threatens the air we breathe, the water we use and the communities in which we live. This website capsule of the EPA timeline gives a basis for our "4R" methods of reducing, reusing, recycling and renewing.
