Barbara A. Andreassen, of Montoursville, and Timothy A. Miller, of Williamsport, pictured at work on a window at Elijah’s, Fourth and Market streets, were part of a volunteer effort organized by local artist Kristina Snook-Kohr on behalf of the Williamsport Merchants and Business Association. The holiday project will be judged during this week’s First Friday, a monthly effort to showcase local artists and their work through exhibitions and other events downtown.(Photos by Phillip C.
