Students Overcome Staff to Win Volleyball Match

Bottorf, intramural/Fitness Center assistant, who said the night produced lots of great volleys between the two teams. “But in the end, the students took the game in a hot and muggy Bardo Gym,” he said, providing this recap: The staff took the first set, 27-25, but the students responded by winning the second set, 27-25. The final set was won by the students, 15-8. Bottorf thanked both teams for participating. Staff/faculty were represented by Kevin Mix, Emily Miller, Kim Bolig, Dan Warner, Andy Gutkowski and Dan Bennett. The student team comprised Kristopher Sampsell, Adam and Nadine Dumm, Katie Hoffman, Joel Reese, Shawn Wesche and Steve Park.
