Students’ Décor Attracts Halloween Hurrahs

Askren, a welding and fabrication engineering technology major, scarcely were “boo-ed” by their landlord for Halloween decorations in a West Fourth Street apartment building. Judee Lyon, from Lyon Properties, was highly impressed with the students’ skills and believes it added a lot of character to the residence. Her photos were provided to Katie L. Mackey, Penn College’s coordinator of off-campus living and commuter services, prefaced by an enthusiastic “I love it!” and with permission to share them via PCToday.
