Askren, a welding and fabrication engineering technology major, scarcely were “boo-ed” by their landlord for Halloween decorations in a West Fourth Street apartment building. Mackey, Penn College’s coordinator of off-campus living and commuter services, prefaced by an enthusiastic “I love it!” and with permission to share them via PCToday.
