Student Groups Help Raise Thousands Toward Suicide Prevention

Students team up in impressive fundraiser.The Healthy Wildcats and Students Making A Contribution teamed up for the fifth annual Greater Lycoming County “Out of the Darkness” Walk for Suicide Prevention and Awareness, held Sunday at Indian Park in Montoursville.  They were among approximately 250 participants and 24 teams that raised approximately $10,000 to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Lycoming County Suicide Prevention Coalition.
