Student Chapter Attends ASHRAE Winter Conference

    Members of the ASHRAE student chapter, in a group photo with adviser David P. Socha (back row, fourth from right)The Penn College student chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers attended last week's ASHRAE winter conference in New York City. The group took advantage of a wide variety of free educational opportunities from the trade group and others. They also explored the AHR Expo, where 1,900 manufacturers and suppliers from more than 30 countries showed the latest equipment and services spanning the industry. The ASHRAE group is grateful to everyone who contributed through fundraisers and donations to make the trip possible, with a special "Thank you" to the Central Pennsylvania ASHRAE Chapter for its generous support.
