Stop to Smell the Roses


Smelling the roses During a stroll through the Victorian House gardens, a child from Penn College’s Children’s Learning Center stops to smell the flowers. Temperatures in the low 80s coupled with low humidity on Friday made for a perfect opportunity to take in the scenic beauty on campus.
