Donald S. Shade, regional director for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, meets with school counselors Tuesday afternoon in the Thompson Professional Development Center About 40 members of the Pennsylvania School Counselors Association Governing Board held a Leadership Development Academy on campus this week. The association conducts a Leadership Development Academy each summer for its board, members of which come from all parts of the commonwealth and collectively represent the profession of school counseling. Penn College was selected to host this year's event through the efforts of Liz Lengle, PSCA president, who said, "Penn College is an ideal place in this area to hold such an event. The facilities are top-notch and it would allow school counselors from all over the commonwealth to see first hand what Penn College has to offer its students."(Photo by Phillip C.
