    State DCED secretary visits campus George E. Cornelius, secretary of the state Department of Community and Economic Development (second from left in photo), visited Penn College on Thursday to meet with (from left) college representatives Larry L. Michael, executive director of workforce and economic development; William J. Martin, senior vice president; and Tracy L. Brundage, managing director of Workforce Development & Continuing Education. Following lunch at Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, the group led Cornelius on a tour of main campus.
