Walls rise on the addition to the ATC As more 80-foot steel joists wait in the background, a lift truck shuttles a heavy load to the ATC job site Underground utilities are relocated and grades cut at the residence-hall site on the west side of campus Foundation and block work continues on a mechanical addition outside the LEC, while boarded windows mark the site of instructional renovations to the former Executive Row area upstairs Students remained on holiday break Monday, but Penn College's main campus was abuzz with varied construction activity on their behalf. The college's $45.27 million Stage X Building Program includes the new Dauphin Hall residential area on the west end, which will provide housing for about 250 students. It also comprises renovations at the Hager Lifelong Education Center, the Parkes Automotive Technology Center and the Avco-Lycoming Metal Trades Center/Machining Technologies Center.
