From Earth911, via Penn College's Energy Conservation Subcommittee, come some ideas for "greening your spring." While spring may mean a fresh start, it doesn't have to mean new stuff. If it's not broken or is repairable, why replace it? Even disposables have more usage. A good green rule of thumb is that, if you have used something in the past year, chances are you'll use it again. And if you need to let go, consider donating. This is recycling and reusing at its best! The college's "Trash to Treasure" event is just weeks away, in the beginning of May.
