SIFE Members Tour World Headquarters of Campbell’s Soup


SIFE tours Campbell's plantStudents in Free Enterprise toured the world headquarters of Campbell’s Soup in Camden, N.J., on March 2, recruiting corporate representatives to attend the SIFE Career Fair from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. April 11 at Penn College. Williams, associate professor of business administration and SIFE adviser; John C. “J.C.” Phillippy, information technology-security specialist, Greencastle; and Jedediah V.Richardson, Danville, and Joseph R. Raup, Trout Run, both business administration-small business. During its three-hour visit, Williams said, the group met with the president of sales for Campbell’s USA, the senior human resource director and two SIFE alumni members that work for Campbell’s. The group toured the pilot plant that develops new products and visited the company store,where each visitor was given a $10 gift certificate.
