The elected candidates were announced atWednesday's weekly Senate meeting in Penn's Inn. SGA congratulates the new board, andintroduces its members to the college communitywith eagerness and pride.

Scott M. Elicker President I was born in York on Feb. 19, 1988. My family and I father and mother Don and Kathy, sister Amy, and grandmother Ethel (a.k.a. Granny) have lived in York County our entire lives. After graduating from Spring Grove Area Senior High School in May 2006, I applied and was accepted to Penn College.

Kyle M. PfuellerSince arriving, I have immersed myself in the college community. I started by serving on the SGA Senate in 2007. My early involvement was responsible for my decision to run for SGA executive vice president in the Spring 2007. After serving the student body as its executive vice president, I was happy to serve a second term in the Senate in 2008-09.

Service and student advocacy continue to define my life. It is for this reason that I placed my bid for the presidency of the Penn College SGA.

Kyle M. Pfueller Executive Vice President Zachary E. LitchertI grew up in the town of Warminster, just outside of Philadelphia. I am a senior at Penn College, studying to become a network specialist. My major has allowed me to obtain certifications such as Network Plus and C-tech.

In my three years at Penn College, my leadership qualities have blossomed, as I have became a strong, assertive leader. As an Executive Board member of Associates for Computer Machinery, I have helped keep ACM a premier organization at Penn College.

In Spring 2009, I was appointed as an SGA senator for the School of Business and Computer Technologies. I look forward to serving and representing all Penn College students' voices.

Zachary E. Litchert Vice President of Finance I am from Boyertown and am in the electronics engineering program. I am a member of IEEE; sit on the ITS Advisory Committee, Food Service Advisory Committee and Allocations Committee; and chair the Parking Committee.

Ashlyn M. HershbergerAshlyn M. Hershberger Vice President of Public Relations I'm a second-year graphic communications management major. I came to Penn College from Hershey.

I am a very much involved and motivated individual with the school programs that the campus offers. I have designed posters/fliers for events that Student Activities sponsors and for SGA. In addition, I was asked to help redesign the Stall Wall Weekly. I'm a member of Gamma Epilson Tau, a Resident Assistant for Residence Life, SGA Senator for the School of Integrated Studies, and serve three committees: Long Range Planning, SGA Advertising Committee and the ITS Advisory Committee as chair. I'm also part of the ISKF Shotokan Karate Club, where I currently stand as a green belt.

I like to encourage students to go get involved! There are things that are available that you just have to look for. It's what college is about, to experience new things and have fun!
