    SPE President Jason R. Paris guides Scouts on plastics-lab tour Webelos from Cub Scout Pack 38 at the Church of St. Ann in Williamsport toured the plastics laboratories at Penn College on March 29. Jason R. Paris, a plastics and polymer engineering technology student from Philadelphia and president of the college's Society of Plastics Engineers student chapter guided Scouts on a hands-on tour through the facilities in the Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center.
