Saturday Memorial Service Scheduled for Art Instructor

    A memorial service will be Saturday for Carol Schwartz, an adjunct art instructor at Penn College, who died Monday as a result of a traffic accident in New York state. A part-time faculty member for 13 years, she taught design and color, painting, drawing, and black-and-white photography to students in the advertising art, graphic design and studio arts majors, as well as to students needing to satisfy art elective requirements. The service will be at 11 a.m. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield. Counseling Services (CC, Room 204) is available to provide support to students, faculty and staff.
