The Fourth Annual Russ Trapp Memorial Golf Tournament an event benefiting scholarships for students in the Physician Assistant major at Pennsylvania College of Technology will be held June 7 at White Deer Golf Course.

Trapp was the first director of the Physician Assistant program at Penn College. The Physician Assistant Club, a student organization, sponsors the golf tournament each June to raise money for the scholarship fund established in his memory.

Two students have received scholarships to date, with the funds being applied to the junior and senior years of their major.

The cost to play in the tournament is $70 per person, which includes golf balls, golf cart, lunch, a shirt and prizes.

Registration and breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m. Tee-off is at 8 a.m.
