Retired faculty member dies at 91

    Robert Schell UlrichRobert Schell Ulrich, who retired in May 1996 from the English faculty at Penn College, died Jan. 31 at the age of 91. In addition to his teaching career at both the high school and postsecondary levels, he earned an associate degree in computer science from Williamsport Area Community College, a predecessor institution. Arrangements are being handled by the Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., which posted a full obituary to its website.
