Residence Life Welcomes New Coordinator for Rose Street

    Israel LaguerThe Office of Residence Life announces the appointment of Israel Laguer, who started Tuesday as the new coordinator of residence life for the Rose Street Apartments complex. He attended Rowan University of Glassboro, N.J., where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology with a concentration in leadership studies. Laguer also holds a master's degree in higher education and student affairs administration from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind. Through his recent tenure at Indiana University, he brings to Penn College experience in residential programs and services, serving as a judicial hearing officer and creating leadership-development programming.
