Recruitment Director Named at Penn College


Joseph J. BalduinoJoseph J. Balduino has been appointed director of recruitment at Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Before joining the Penn College staff, Balduino served as assistant director of admissions at Lycoming College.

In his new position at Penn College, he directs the annual recruiting plan and supervises admissions representatives and related staff.

“Joseph is a great addition to the Penn College Admissions team,” said Dennis L. Correll, associate dean for admissions and financial aid. “With his education and background including work experience at a private institution he brings a different perspective to the recruitment process that will further enhance our own efforts, particularly as they relate to financial aid and its significance in the education decisions of students and parents.”

In addition to serving as assistant director of admissions at Lycoming College since 2004, Balduino was head coach for women’s soccer from 2007-10 and assistant coach for men’s and women’s soccer from 2004-07.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from Lycoming College.
