Recent ESC Bloodmobile Visit Exceeds Goal

The American Red Cross reports a successful recent Bloodmobile visit to the Schneebeli Earth Science Center: Forty-one pints were collected, surpassing the donation goal of 35 pints; 17 people were first-time donors. As each pint of blood collected benefits three people, a total of 123 patients will be helped by the Oct. 14 collection. Dennis F. Ringling, lead forestry professor in the School of Natural Resources Management, coordinated the blood drive.
