Two courses in the noncredit Professional Productivity Series sponsored by Workforce Development and Continuing Education at Pennsylvania College of Technology will be offered in September.

Leadership − Daily Habits for Effective Leaders Sept. 9-11

Leading, supervising and managing employees has become more critical in recent years. An investment in human capital is essential for developing excellence within organizations. This 16-hour (1.6 Continuing Education Units) course will refresh dated skills and establish new habits through practical, hands-on lecture and classroom activities. Lecture, case studies and problem-solving materials will be used. The cost for this course is $429.

Leadership − Leading Small Staffs to Big Triumphs Sept. 20 and 27 and Oct. 5

In today's workplace, more and more people are responsible for managing small work teams. The smaller team of today requires the use of strong interpersonal and communication skills. This course will help participants discover and unleash newfound talents by focusing on the most productive methods for leading and energizing a small staff. The cost for this course is $259.
