    College president gathers faculty/staff input at initial forumPenn College President Davie Jane Gilmour held the first in a planned series ofopen forums in the PDC Mountain Laurel Room on Tuesday. The session with no prepared remarks or agenda, and ample opportunity for give-and-take on topics ranging from recycling to "spam" e-mail gathered ideas on improving "Effectiveness and Efficiency" across the college's campuses.
