President Gilmour Among Honorees at Chamber Event

Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour was presented with the President’s Award at Wednesday’s 131st Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. Other honors bestowed at the event, held at The Genetti Hotel in downtown Williamsport, were the Phillips/Plankenhorn Small Business Award to Anthony H. Visco Jr., Architects; the Large Business Award to Larson Design Group; and the Emerging Business Award to Farrington Place. (Larson Design employs more than 80 graduates of the college and its predecessors, including Williamsport Area Community College; Visco is a WACC alumnus and member of Penn College’s Architectural Technology Advisory Committee.)
