    Maxine Maxwell meets with students in Penn's Inn after her 'Echoes of the Past' presentation Monday night.Penn College's observance of Black History Month continued Monday night in Penn's Inn, where Maxine Maxwell channeled "Echoes of the Past" in a performance sponsored by the Student Activities Office.
