    Residence Life gears up for new semester Penn College's energetic entourage of Resident Assistants, joined by Residence Life staff, paused (briefly) in their busy pre-semester schedule for photos outside Madigan Library on Thursday. Before assuming their 2011-12 responsibilities in Penn College's on-campus housing, the RAs will be among the friendly ambassadors greeting new students and their families during Welcome Weekend move-in.
