Penn College to Present Middle School Career Fair Oct. 18

Students, parents and educators from the area are invited to learn more about career and life opportunities for the 21st century when Pennsylvania College of Technology presents a Middle School Career Fair on Oct. 18.

No pre-registration is required, and admission is free for the event, which will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Field House at the college.

Participants will be able to meet with employers representing a variety of professions. In addition, Penn College faculty, staff and students − including representatives from the Outreach for K-12 Office − will be available to discuss career options and strategies.

Attendees will learn how students can focus their middle- and high-school studies to better prepare for success in college and the workforce.

Free refreshments will be available, provided by students and faculty in the School of Hospitality and Le Jeune Chef, the college’s fine-dining restaurant.

For more information about the Middle School Career Fair at Penn College, call the Counseling and Career Services Office at (570) 327-4765.
