Teen parents or expectant teen parents can begin to secure a successful future for themselves and their children by attending the New Options Career Camp. The free, eight-day program will provide a "jump start" on career plans for the future.

Pennsylvania College of Technology's North Campus will be offering the New Options Career Camp on Monday through Thursday, June 22 through July 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Workshops will include: computer classes, job search, writing a career plan, nutrition, stress management, dressing for success and aerobics. As a bonus, a free breakfast snack and a healthy lunch also will be provided daily. A recognition picnic will be held on the last day of the program at Hills Creek Lake.

Teen parents or expectant teen parents from ages 13 to 19 are encouraged to call and take advantage of this opportunity. To register or if you have any questions about the program, call Penn College's North Campus at (570) 724-7703 and ask for Linda Williams or Tina Foulkrod.
