Penn College Names Director of Financial Aid

Dennis L. Correll Dennis L. Correll has been named director of financial aid at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Correll, currently associate dean for institutional advancement at Penn College, will assume his new duties Aug. 2. His responsibilities will include coordinating financial-aid services for current and prospective students and their parents, as well as serving as liaison between the Office of Institutional Advancement's scholarship program and the Financial Aid Office. Correll graduated from Mansfield University in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He received his master's in business administration from Bloomsburg University in 1995. A Montoursville resident, Correll began his employment with Penn College in 1986 as supervisor of budget and investments. He was promoted to manager of cash management and investments before being appointed associate dean for institutional advancement and executive director of the Pennsylvania College of Technology Foundation in 1999. In addition to his new duties at the College, Correll is active in Lycoming County United Way, having served a term as the organization's president. Currently, he serves as treasurer for LCUW. He also serves as a leader in Boy Scout Troop 21, Montoursville.
