A "David" among "Goliaths." That is one way to describe the Penn College men's volleyball team as it enters the National Collegiate Volleyball Federation Championships in Louisville, Ky. The Wildcats (15-1) are one of 88 club teams scheduled to compete Thursday through Saturday in Division I-IAA against some of the largest colleges and universities in the country, but it doesn't worry coach Wes Strayer or his players. "All my players are looking at it as a great opportunity to play some really good competition. They aren't afraid of it at all," Strayer said. "Most of my players have never been at a national event and they can't wait. We're looking forward to it. Hopefully, we aren't in awe when we get there." Penn College completed an 11-0 regular season and won the Middle Atlantic Club Volleyball Conference Northwest Division championship. In the MACVC playoffs last weekend, it went 4-1 and finished third.
