    Student speaker John T. LipkoFresh from a Friday snowstorm that set the stage, Penn College held its Winter Commencement ceremony Saturday, Dec. 20, at the Community Arts Center in downtown Williamsport. The student speaker was John T. Lipko, of Mifflinburg, who was awarded a bachelor's degree in technology management from the School of Business and Computer Technologies. Also speaking was Dr. William B. Urosevich, associate professor of biology/anatomy and physiology, who received the Veronica M. Muzic Master Teacher Award in May. During the ceremony, Penn College President Davie Jane Gilmour presented an Alumni Citizenship/Humanitarian Award to Todd J. Fox, executive director of Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity.
