On Monday, for instance, School of Hospitality students joined faculty members Chef Mike J. Ditchfield (right photo) and Chef Paul E. Mach (with students in left photo) in culinary demonstrations that were broadcast live on the Pennsylvania Cable Network. The college Wildcat also got into the Farm Show spirit, here preparing to "high-five" a new friend on the merry-go-round.
