Penn College Adds to Flavor of Farm Show


Penn College’s contributions to the 97th annual Pennsylvania Farm Show, satisfying academic curiosity and culinary cravings, are featured in the latest addition to the college’s YouTube channel. The three-minute video spotlights School of Hospitality majors as they prepare étouffée, as well as the School of Natural Resources Management’s mini-version of its hydroculture greenhouse.
