    Penn College's contributions to the 97th annual Pennsylvania Farm Show, satisfying academic curiosity and culinary cravings, are featured in the latest addition to the college's YouTube channel. The three-minute video spotlights School of Hospitality majors as they prepare étouffée, as well as the School of Natural Resources Management's mini-version of its hydroculture greenhouse.
