Saturday’s Adjunct Faculty Professional Development Day drew 60 participants to Penn College, where a variety of relevant workshops were held to enhance part-time instructors’ teaching techniques and, in turn, students’ success. Among the highlights of the day – arranged by the Professional Development Office under the oversight of Tom Gregory, associate vice president for instruction at Penn College – was a panel discussion featuring past Part-Time Excellence in Teaching Award recipients.
