Magazine racks among first stops for ALC employees Shelves of bound periodicals quickly empty Another load leaves the LEC on Thursday morning Crews from the Camp Hill-based American Library Consultants this week began moving the contents of the Penn College Library to the Roger and Peggy Madigan Library across campus.
